Info for the family: Free consultation

I am happy to meet with family and answer their questions.  But, I do not appreciate multiple calls asking the same questions.  Please advise your loved ones to choose ONE spokesperson who will contact me then share information with others as you so choose.  Only that approved  person should call or text  me to save time and money.  

***Repeated callers can be billed individually  for each inquiry.  My  normal hourly rate is $360.00 or a minimum of $72.00 

 
I can usually get bonds reduced after 15 days in jail on a Misdemeanor B charge, or 30 days on a Misdemeanor A if not charged by the Prosecutor yet.   It is 90 days on Felonies if not Indicted by the Grand Jury.  Check the mail and make sure you let the Clerk know if your address changes so you receive the charging document in the mail.

Bonds should be reduced to a "reasonable amount" or to a personal recognizance (PR) Bond which means usually less than $300.00.  However, that's ONLY IF the Prosecutor fails to charge or Indict you within 15/30/90 days.

Most often you will need a lawyer when you can least afford one.  A lot of criminal activity happens when you need money, fast.  So the last thing you can afford to do is add the cost to hire a criminal defense attorney which can run from a couple of thousand dollars for a misdemeanor, to $25,000 dollars if you need to go to trial.
